Ecocamel are a world leader in innovative water-softening technology and are a companies with many moving parts. These parts include a UK and USA ecommerce store along with a UK and USA ecommerce store for their company Plantsurge (water-softening technology for gardening solutions) – Ecocamel were using an old Joomla ecommerce store with an out-dated theme and were having very limited order numbers and conversions, despite their marketing efforts. 

Collaboratively with Hudson Wright Easton, we developed a brand new ecommerce store built on Shopify, this was specifically so we can reach out to a number of markets with one site, meaning the store owners can deal with fulfillment and marketing from one place. This helped free up a lot of the store owners time to work on the business and not in it.

The new Shopify site is built on top of an existing Shopify theme, which helped save time during the development phase of the project and gave us a base to work from, on top of this we built out some functionality to help increase average order value with upsells and promotions. The site is easy to navigate and it’s proven in the stores revenue increase.

We work closely with Ecocamel and their sister company Plantsurge on scaling the companies using bespoke SEO strategies to tap into both UK and USA markets. 

As a result of our efforts the store has gone strength to strength and we have been working closely together for a number of years.
