Web design for solicitors that wins the right kind of enquiries.

Most law firm websites either look like a 2012 brochure or read like a regulator's worst nightmare. We build websites for UK solicitors that look modern, stay SRA-compliant, and turn the right kind of visitors into instructed clients. Family, conveyancing, commercial, immigration, personal injury, we've built for all of it.

What we build

Four levers,
all working for the firm.

A solicitor website is not a brochure. It's an enquiry-qualification tool that runs while your fee earners are billing. We build it that way.

Trust-led design

Law firms get hired on confidence. We design with the signals that matter to clients in a stressful moment: clear practice areas, real photography of real solicitors, accreditations, and case histories that read like results, not adverts.

SRA-aware copy

We write the site like a senior partner reviews it, plain English, no overpromising, no comparative claims that breach SRA marketing rules. You get a website that wins enquiries and never lands you in front of a regulator.

Practice area pages built to rank

One page per service, family, conveyancing, commercial, immigration, personal injury, written for the searches your clients actually run, internally linked to your local SEO landing pages.

Lead-qualification forms

Forms that ask the right questions up front, matter type, urgency, conflict checks, ICO-compliant data handling, so your fee earners stop wasting time on tyre-kickers and unsuitable matters.

Firms we build for

Six kinds of firm,
one delivery bar.

From sole practitioners to multi-office regional firms. If you're in legal services in the UK, we've probably built something close to what you need.

High-street family firms

Divorce, children, finances, wills and probate. We rank firms for 'family solicitor [town]' searches and build enquiry forms that filter out the time-wasters before they hit your inbox.

Conveyancing-led practices

Residential and commercial conveyancing. Quote calculators, online ID verification flows, and pages that convert estate agent referrals into instructions, without endless back-and-forth.

Commercial & corporate

B2B-facing law firm websites for commercial litigation, corporate, employment, and dispute resolution. Sector pages, case studies, and content that positions you against bigger London competitors.

Niche & boutique firms

Sports law, IP, tax, professional negligence, regulatory. If you specialise in something the volume firms don't touch, we build a site that says so loudly enough for Google to notice.

Multi-office regional firms

Multiple branches, multiple practice areas, one brand. We build a site architecture that ranks every office locally without cannibalising your main pages, with a CMS your team can actually maintain.

Immigration & personal injury

Two areas where lead quality matters more than volume. We build forms that screen for case viability up front, so you only spend time on matters worth taking on.

How we work

Four steps,
no surprises.

01

Scope

60-90 minute call with the founder, not an account manager. We map your practice areas, your ideal client, your existing rankings, and the cases you actually want more of. You leave with a fixed-price quote and a delivery date.

02

Design

Wireframes first, then high-fidelity in Figma. We design the trust signals (accreditations, real photography, case histories) before we touch a colour. 2-3 rounds of revisions baked into the timeline.

03

Build

Built in your chosen stack with proper SEO foundations, qualification forms, GDPR-compliant data flows, and analytics from day one. Staging URL with daily preview updates so partners can review as we go.

04

Launch

Zero-downtime cutover, redirects mapped from your old site so you don't lose rankings, post-launch monitoring for 14 days. Your existing search positions stay where they are, or move up.

FAQ

Honest answers
to legal-sector questions.

Does my marketing need to be SRA-compliant?
+

Yes, and it's stricter than most agencies realise. No comparative claims you can't substantiate, no testimonials about contentious work without consent, no implying outcomes you can't deliver. We write the copy with these rules in mind, and we'll happily review against your firm's own marketing policy before going live.

Will my law firm rank above bigger competitors?
+

On local terms (your town, your practice area), absolutely yes, that's where we focus. On generic national terms ('divorce solicitor UK'), no, the magic-circle firms have spent millions on those. We build a strategy around the searches you can realistically win, where the enquiries are usually higher quality anyway.

Can you integrate with our practice management system?
+

Most of them, yes. Clio, LEAP, Actionstep, ProClaim, Osprey, MatterSphere. Either via direct API or via Zapier/Make for simpler use cases. Tell us what you use and we'll scope the integration as part of the build.

How long does a solicitor website take to build?
+

Starter sites land in 14 days. Growth tier (15+ pages, multiple practice areas, integrations) is 3-4 weeks. Bespoke multi-office builds run 6-12 weeks. You get a fixed delivery date in the quote, and if we miss it by a week we refund 10% of the fee.

Do you handle GDPR and confidentiality requirements?
+

Yes. Forms run through encrypted submission, data is stored in UK or EU regions, retention rules are agreed with you, and we provide the privacy notice and cookie banner content for your DPO to sign off. We also avoid third-party trackers that leak client data, the kind of thing the ICO has been fining firms for.

What about reviews and testimonials, what's allowed?
+

Reviews are allowed, with consent and anonymisation where appropriate. Direct quotes about specific contested matters are risky. We'll guide you on what to publish, how to source it, and how to display it (Google reviews, Trustpilot, ReviewSolicitors) so it builds trust without crossing the SRA line.
