Does my marketing need to be SRA-compliant?
+
Yes, and it's stricter than most agencies realise. No comparative claims you can't substantiate, no testimonials about contentious work without consent, no implying outcomes you can't deliver. We write the copy with these rules in mind, and we'll happily review against your firm's own marketing policy before going live.
Will my law firm rank above bigger competitors?
+
On local terms (your town, your practice area), absolutely yes, that's where we focus. On generic national terms ('divorce solicitor UK'), no, the magic-circle firms have spent millions on those. We build a strategy around the searches you can realistically win, where the enquiries are usually higher quality anyway.
Can you integrate with our practice management system?
+
Most of them, yes. Clio, LEAP, Actionstep, ProClaim, Osprey, MatterSphere. Either via direct API or via Zapier/Make for simpler use cases. Tell us what you use and we'll scope the integration as part of the build.
How long does a solicitor website take to build?
+
Starter sites land in 14 days. Growth tier (15+ pages, multiple practice areas, integrations) is 3-4 weeks. Bespoke multi-office builds run 6-12 weeks. You get a fixed delivery date in the quote, and if we miss it by a week we refund 10% of the fee.
Do you handle GDPR and confidentiality requirements?
+
Yes. Forms run through encrypted submission, data is stored in UK or EU regions, retention rules are agreed with you, and we provide the privacy notice and cookie banner content for your DPO to sign off. We also avoid third-party trackers that leak client data, the kind of thing the ICO has been fining firms for.
What about reviews and testimonials, what's allowed?
+
Reviews are allowed, with consent and anonymisation where appropriate. Direct quotes about specific contested matters are risky. We'll guide you on what to publish, how to source it, and how to display it (Google reviews, Trustpilot, ReviewSolicitors) so it builds trust without crossing the SRA line.
