By signing up for our Local SEO Growth Plan, you agree to the terms outlined below. These are written to be clear, fair, and designed to protect both you and us.

1. Minimum Term

  • The plan runs for a minimum of 3 months.

  • Payments are taken monthly via Stripe.

  • After the 3 months, your plan will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.


2. Lead Guarantee

We guarantee you will receive 10+ verified local enquiries within your first 90 days. If not:

  • You’ll be eligible for a full refund of your 3-month fee.

  • “Verified” means tracked via either:

    • Your website contact form

    • Google Business Profile (calls or messages)

    • Or equivalent trusted source (email, CRM, etc.)

We do not count spam or duplicate submissions.


3. Who This Plan Is For

This plan is built for service-based local businesses. We reserve the right to:

  • Audit your site and Google profile before onboarding.

  • Decline projects if we don’t think we can help (you won’t be charged).

4. What’s Included

Your plan includes:

  • Google Business Profile optimisation

  • Local keyword strategy

  • On-page SEO across your existing website

  • Local content development

  • Tracking setup and monthly reporting

  • Full management — no input needed beyond onboarding


5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You can cancel any time after Month 1 and keep what we’ve done.

    • No hard feelings, no further payments.

  • If you cancel within the first three months, your payment is non-refundable, as work begins immediately.

  • If after 3 months we haven’t hit 10+ enquiries, you’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

  • If after 3 months we haven't hit 10+ enquiries and you wish to continue working with us, we will continue with 1 month free, then go back to the standard rate of £500+VAT.

  • After the initial 3-month term, your plan will automatically continue on a 30-day rolling contract unless cancelled.


6. Additional Information

This plan is offered by Fourseven Media (Winter & Son Ltd).

All content and IP remains yours.

Results are subject to Google algorithm changes, market competition, and your local presence — but we’ll do everything we can to drive results fast.
