How we work
Four steps. Clear scope, fixed price, no surprises.
The scope call happens over Zoom or in person at the TW1 office, and plenty of clients never come in. Every site launches with the technical SEO groundwork already done, and ongoing local SEO is £650/mo. Some sectors run a fixed-scope version of the same four steps: care home websites go live in 14 days for £1,490+VAT, and care home marketing takes over the local SEO and Google Ads after launch. Questions before we talk
What's the real timeline? +
Launch sites go live in 14 days. Studio sites go live in 14 days once your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts) are in. Commerce (Shopify) builds usually take 4 to 6 weeks. You get a fixed delivery date in the quote.
Why fixed-price, not hourly? +
Hourly rates punish the fast and reward the slow. Fixed fees mean you know the cost up front, and I'm motivated to build it properly the first time. Every project has a written scope before we start.
What if I don't like the design? +
Two free design rounds are built into every quote. If the first direction isn't right, we scrap it and go again. The direction is agreed before the build starts, so there are no surprises at launch.
Do you do ongoing maintenance? +
Yes. Care plans are £49/mo + VAT for our Astro sites and £149/mo + VAT for WordPress or Shopify, covering hosting, updates, small content edits and uptime monitoring. Or self-host and ping me when something breaks.
What platforms do you build on? +
Framer or WordPress if you want to edit without a developer. Shopify for e-commerce. Astro or Next.js when you need maximum speed and SEO. I'll recommend the right fit, not the one I prefer.
