Questions before we talk
What's the real timeline? +
Most sites ship in under 30 days. Smaller AI-built starters can land in 14. Bigger builds (Growth tier, e-commerce) take 4-6 weeks. You get a fixed delivery date in the quote, miss it by a week and we refund 10% of the fee.
Why fixed-price, not hourly? +
Hourly rates punish the fast and reward the slow. Fixed fees mean you know the cost up front, and I'm motivated to build it properly the first time. Every project has a written scope before we start.
What if I don't like the design? +
Two free design rounds are built into every quote. If the first direction isn't right, we scrap it and go again. If after two rounds we're still not aligned, you get a 50% refund and the work so far, no hard feelings.
Do you do ongoing maintenance? +
Yes, monthly care plans from £250 cover hosting, updates, small content edits, and uptime monitoring. Most clients stay on one for 2+ years. Or self-host and ping me when something breaks.
What platforms do you build on? +
Framer or WordPress if you want to edit without a developer. Shopify for e-commerce. Astro or Next.js when you need maximum speed and SEO. I'll recommend the right fit, not the one I prefer.
