The design strategy focused on creating clear pathways for two distinct user journeys: salon clients and professional trainees. For salon visitors, we emphasised easy booking, membership benefits, and service information with strong calls-to-action. The training platform features an intuitive course navigation system, progress tracking, and achievement recognition to keep students engaged and moving toward certification.
Future Growth Capabilities:
The platform is architected to support Madame Wax's expansion in both service delivery and professional training. The modular design allows for easy addition of new services, courses, and membership tiers. The LearnDash implementation supports course expansion without technical limitations, while the payment and booking systems can scale to accommodate growing demand in both business areas.
