Are you named?
Whether the AI recommends your business by name when a customer asks who to use.
Service · AI SEO
When your customers ask ChatGPT, Google or Copilot who to call, the answer should be you. Our AI SEO services track what five AI tools say about your market every week, then fix the reasons they name someone else.

The problem
Your customers no longer only search. They ask: "who's a good electrician in Twickenham?", "which care homes near Richmond take dementia residents?", "recommend a security firm for a building site in Surrey". ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Copilot reply with a short answer that names a few businesses, and plenty of people ring one of those without looking any further.
If you are not in that answer, you are not on the shortlist, and you never see the enquiry you missed. Ranking on Google helps, but it doesn't decide what the AI says. The AI builds its answer from the sources it trusts for your market: directories, review sites, local press, comparison articles, and your own website if it can read it.
Most businesses have no idea what the AI tools say about them. That is where we start.
What we track
We take the real questions your customers ask and put them to each tool, every week. You get a weekly AI visibility report: an online dashboard showing where you stand and what changed.
Whether the AI recommends your business by name when a customer asks who to use.
Whether the AI links to your site as a source, which is what sends the customer to you rather than to a directory.
The competitors the AI recommends in your place, question by question and tool by tool.
The websites the AI is reading to build its answer: directories, review sites, local press, comparison articles. That list tells us where you need to be.
What we do about it
The tracking tells us why the AI names someone else. These are the fixes, done in the order that moves you fastest. AI SEO, GEO and AEO are different names for this same work.
Short, quotable answers to the questions your customers actually ask, placed on the pages AI tools read. What you do, where, for whom, what it costs and how to book, said plainly enough to be lifted straight into an answer.
Your name, address, phone, services and opening hours made identical across your website, Google Business Profile, structured data and directories. When the facts agree, AI tools trust them. When they don't, the AI picks someone it is surer about.
We check your site lets the AI crawlers in, that your pages can be read without running scripts, and add an llms.txt file that points AI tools at the pages that matter.
Our tracking shows which websites the AI tools lean on for your market. We get your business listed, reviewed or mentioned on those sites, so you turn up where the answers are being built.
Copilot and ChatGPT search lean on Bing's index, and most small businesses have never looked at it. We verify your site, submit your sitemap and fix what Bing can't read.
Google AI Mode and AI Overviews build on Google's normal results. Technical fixes, local SEO and pages that rank are still the foundation, and they come with the plan.
The classic side is our normal SEO service. For a plain-English walk-through of the method, read how to get your business recommended by ChatGPT.
How it works
You deal with Nathan throughout, not an account manager.
We agree the real questions your customers ask, put them to all five AI tools and show you where you stand today: named or not, cited or not, and who is named instead.
The quick wins go in first: business facts corrected, crawler access opened, Bing set up, and answer-first copy on your most important pages.
The same questions, the same five tools, every week. Your dashboard shows what changed, who gained and lost ground, and which sources the AI started or stopped using.
We go through the trend with you, agree the next fixes and the next sources to target, and tell you plainly what is and isn't working.

FAQ
AI SEO is the work of getting your business named, and your website cited, in the answers AI tools give, such as ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot. Generative engine optimisation (GEO), answer engine optimisation (AEO) and LLM SEO are other names for the same job. The labels differ but the aim is the same: when a customer asks an AI tool who to use, it names you.
Normal SEO gets your page into a list of links. AI SEO gets your business into the answer itself, where the AI names a few businesses and the customer often stops reading. The two overlap: Google AI Mode and AI Overviews build on Google's index, and Copilot and ChatGPT search lean on Bing's. AI SEO adds weekly tracking of what the AI tools say, short quotable answers, consistent business facts across the web, and getting you onto the sites the AI tools already cite.
Five: ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity. We put the same set of real customer questions to each one every week, so you can see how each tool's answer changes over time.
It is included in our SEO plans: Rank (local SEO) at £650/mo and Fill My Diary at £799/mo, both + VAT on a 6-month minimum term. There is no separate AI SEO fee.
You get a baseline report in week 1 and the first fixes go live in week 2. Some changes, such as correcting your business details or letting AI crawlers in, can show within weeks. Getting onto the sites the AI tools trust takes longer, often a few months, which is why our guarantee runs over 90 days.
Nobody can promise what one AI tool will say to one person on one day. The answers shift from question to question and week to week, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing. What we do guarantee: Named by at least one AI assistant for your main service in your area within 90 days, or we keep working for free until you are. It is measured in our weekly tracking across all five tools, and it needs access within 7 days and the full 6-month term.
Usually not. Most of the work happens on the pages you already have, your Google Business Profile, your listings and the sites that mention you. If your site blocks AI crawlers or can't be read without running scripts, we'll show you in the free check and fix what we can. If it is genuinely holding you back, we'll say so and quote a rebuild separately.
Every week we put a fixed set of real customer questions to the five AI tools and record four things for each answer: whether you are named, whether your website is cited as a source, which competitors are named instead, and which websites the AI got its answer from. That goes into your weekly AI visibility report, an online dashboard you can open any time, and we walk through the trend with you at the monthly review.
Tell us your main service and area. We ask the AI tools the questions your customers ask and show you who they recommend, which websites they get their answers from, and what it would take to get you named. Free, no obligation.
