How much does care home marketing cost?
+
Fill My Diary is £799/mo + VAT. It includes the care plan, local SEO, Google Ads management, a monthly report and the enquiry guarantee. Google Ads spend is on top and paid directly to Google; we recommend £400 to £600 a month. If you only want one part, Rank (local SEO) is £650/mo + VAT and Google Ads management is £450/mo + VAT, but neither carries the guarantee.
How long does SEO for a care home take?
+
Longer than most agencies admit. Local SEO for a care home usually takes months, not weeks, to show steady results, and it depends on how many homes compete in your area. Google Ads can put you in front of families as soon as the campaigns go live. That is why Fill My Diary runs both: ads bring enquiries while the SEO builds.
How much should we spend on Google Ads?
+
We recommend £400 to £600 a month, paid directly to Google, not through us. It is also one of the fair-play conditions of the guarantee, because below that the campaigns cannot reach enough families to judge them fairly.
Is there a minimum contract?
+
Yes. Fill My Diary has a 6-month minimum term. SEO and ads both need time to settle, and the guarantee is measured over the first 90 days. After six months it rolls monthly.
What happens if we don't hit the number?
+
We keep working for free until you do, for up to 3 additional months. It is never cash back. The guarantee is a minimum number of qualified enquiries in 90 days, sized at kickoff, or we work free until you hit it, and it needs the fair-play conditions to be met.
Do we need a new website?
+
Not always. If your site already shows your CQC rating, explains fees and makes it easy to call, we can work with it. If it is holding you back, we will tell you in the free review. Our Care-Home Enquiry Engine build is £1,490 + VAT and goes live in 14 days.
Do you run our social media?
+
No. Fill My Diary concentrates on the places families go when they are actively choosing a home: Google search, Google Maps and your website. Social media is not part of the plan, so you are not paying for it.
